Vets Matter

They fought for us, now we fight for them!

Text “VETS” to 41444 to make your donation and join the ranks of those who’ve decided we must take care of our own. Your donation in any amount means we can get more of our veteran men and women – and in some cases, their kids – off the streets and safely home.

It costs just $700 to move a homeless Indianapolis veteran into long-term housing. When a homeless vet gets an actual address, he or she can begin receiving medical care, mental healthcare, job training, and more.

Help us lift up these heroes from the streets and into a home of their own.

ABOUT THE CHARITY:

BROADWAY’S VETERANS MATTER HONOR-THON | NOVEMBER 11, 6-10 A.M.

Veterans Matter is a program of 1Matters.org, a Toledo-based non-profit 501c3 sparked and supported by singer John Mellencamp.

The organization works directly with the US Department of Veterans Affairs to identify veterans in need and move them from the streets to permanent housing. Veterans Matter has a 100% success rate housing homeless vets in long term housing, and a 91% success rate keeping them housed.
