Yesterday was Opening Day in Major League Baseball. Unfortunately, Adam Wainwright (pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals) was injured during a training session causing him to be unable to pitch on Opening Day but he was still a part of the game by singing the National Anthem. Wrapping up his 18 years at the end of season, he’s had a passion for singing and playing the guitar, even working on an album and original song! Maybe there’ll be more of that after MLB retirement?
