Have you ever been drinking a beer in the heat and thought to yourself, “Man, I wish this was the texture of soft serve.” If so, a Martinsville brewery has made your dreams come true.
Cedar Creek Brewing first saw the idea on social media and decided to bring the novelty to central Indiana. According to WTHR, there is no dairy or gluten in the soft serve beer. It is mixed with a solution that crystalizes the liquid and creates the ice cream like texture. Apparently, the machine can also make soft serve out of wine and other spirits.
They serve the treat on an ice cream cone and it tastes like whatever the flavor of the beer is. I could definitely get down with a lemon shandy…
