We can all agree that we bought a lot more toilet paper than we actually needed at the beginning of the pandemic, but what we spent this year alone pales in comparison to how much the average American spends on toilet paper in a lifetime!
According to SWNS Digital, Americans spend over $11,000 on just toilet paper in a lifetime which equals out to almost $182 a year per person!
Apparently the number went up by $15 a month thanks to the pandemic, but if you continue to break down the numbers this equals out to a person using almost 159 rolls of toilet paper a year on just themselves.
Now I don’t know about you, but I’m going to try and save some money post-COVID and start going to the bathroom elsewhere if it’s not an emergency!
