West Fork Whiskey Announces $10 Million Project In Westfield

By @jennaraeradio

I don’t even like whiskey, but this place still sounds awesome! West Fork Whiskey has announced plans to move forward with a $10 million attraction at the northeast corner of 191st Street and Horton Road in Westfield.

According to the Indy Star, the place will be on 12 acres of land and the building itself will be 35,000 square feet. It will pretty much have something for everyone.

We’re talking a restaurant and cocktail lounge, events center, speak easy and production and aging space per IBJ

If all goes according to plan, the attraction will open in mid 2021.

As you know, we are hell-bent on creating the best whiskey this state has to offer and today (#WestForkWednesday) we are excited to finally share with you the project we have been working on for the last year! Without further ado, here is the debut of our HQ2 plans breaking ground in early 2021!  Located on the northeast corner of 191 Street and Horton Road across from Grand Park in Westfield, we are planning to bring a $10M+, 35,000-sqft.,12+ acre development which will be one of the largest agritourism experiences in Indiana. Designed to be a family friendly destination, the project features a 5,000 sq. ft. event center, retail space, a 4,000 sq. ft. restaurant with a cocktail lounge, a speakeasy, as well as additional production and aging space, all taking design cues from the current space in downtown Indianapolis. In an effort to emphasize Hoosier culture and people, the restaurant will highlight Indiana agriculture, flavors, and artisanal products! “𝙒𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚,“ 𝙨𝙖𝙞𝙙 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙅𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨, 𝘾𝙤-𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙩 𝙒𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙒𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝘾𝙤. “𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢, 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨, 𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙫𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨.” We look forward to working with the Westfield City Council and Advisory Plan Commission to make this dream a reality. Fingers crossed things go well! We would like to thank you – our patrons, supporters, and fans of great Indiana whiskey. We look forward to continuing the pursuit of our passions and providing you with your favorite hometown whiskey experience. Today, we raise an extra stiff glass of whiskey to Hoosiers everywhere!
