The world might finally be opening up again, but a couple things will be changing, including your IHOP experience because they’re getting rid of their iconic syrups.

According to mashed, they’re not fully removing the syrups, but you won’t be able to use the self-pour syrups anymore because the restaurant chain is removing them to comply with COVID guidelines. Instead of pouring a mountain of syrup on your pancakes, you’ll have to instead ask for single-serving syrup packages to use.

At the same time, IHOP will also no longer be pre-setting tables up before guests arrive or using their plastic menus anymore.

If you’re a fan of IHOP’s syrup maybe just ask for a ton of syrup packets so that way you can stock up!
