Q: Aside from being former United States Presidents, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and James Monroe have this in common.  What?

A: They all died on the 4^th of July.

Jefferson and Adams died on July 4, 1826 on our nation’s 50^th birthday, and Monroe died July 4^th, six years later in 1831.  A macabre, but no less a fun July 4^th fact.
