A guy in Pennsylvania called into the news last week to share why HE believes we’re seeing more tornadoes now than in the past. Watch this incredible video. You’ll find the crazy comment at about 1:06 below.
And here’s the caller’s full theory, written out:
“We didn’t have tornadoes here until we started putting in the traffic circles. Cause, on account of the — you wanna know why? When people go round and round in circles, it causes disturbance in the atmosphere, and causes tornadoes.”
For the record, the City of Carmel has over 100 roundabouts. If they are the cause of tornadoes, then Carmel should be causing HURRICANES with that amount.
