The Top Five Morning Routines Required for a Good Day

What’s the #1 thing you have to do each morning to get your day off to a good start?

2,000 people were asked that question. Here are the top five . . .

1.  A cup of coffee.  It’s the #1 thing we need to get our day off to a good start.  (Kevin takes his black, Jim adds a little cream and sugar, and Deb loves her Starbucks)

2.  Waking up after getting enough sleep.  The fact that this is #2 is a testament to how much we love coffee. (None of us get enough sleep.  Deb sometimes comes to work with only 3 hours of sleep)

3.  A morning shower. (Deb takes a bath and says it wakes her up just fine)

4.  Listening to music while you’re getting ready, or in your car. (of course, we suggest JDK)

5.  Eating a light breakfast, but nothing too heavy. (are biscuits and gravy consider light?)
