A fun night out at an Indians game took a turn when a child was struck by a foul ball at Victory Field on Saturday. IndyStar says the child was treated on-site before being hospitalized and witnesses say the child was taken out on a gurney. There is not update yet on this poor kid’s condition.
IndyStar notes that there are nets and signs that remind fans to be alert. Although, we always hope accidents like these don’t happen anyway.
