Traveling to Europe is about to get more intense. Starting in 2021, Americans will need a visa on top of a passport to travel to most of Europe.

To apply for the visa, you’ll need a valid passport among other documents. The visa is only good for three years and will be required for entry into France, Germany, and Italy according to WISH TV.

You won’t need the visa for travel to the UK.
