Frisch’s ‘Big Boy’ Will No Longer Look Like This

Frisch’s Big Boy is getting a makeover! He may not be such a ‘big’ boy any longer, with more chiseled cheeks.

The mascot update is part of a refresher for the chain’s 95 restaurants across the nation. Part of the reason behind Big Boy’s new look is Frisch’s goal of showcasing the restaurant’s menu of fresh food, including all-day breakfast, soups, salads and gourmet burgers.

And the new mascot will no longer be holding a hamburger. He will also make eye contact with customers, unlike the former guy, but still keeps his famous wavy hair, and red suspenders.
