Hey, it’s Deb!
I was organizing (not my thing) that stack of ‘important papers’ that piles up in the kitchen because we don’t know what to do with them. Do you have those? They start out as a kids’ graded papers, a couple of coupons, a bill or two, and before you know it…it’s enough to fill a filing cabinet.
Eventually, that stack got moved to an upstairs guest room, likely because we were having guests over for dinner and couldn’t have random papers lying around. No way, we had to give the impression that we were neat and tidy and can find any item at a moment’s notice. So we did what anyone else would do: Faked it. We threw those papers in a room upstairs and shut the door.
Filed. Right?
FInally, I made my way through those papers over the weekend and came across this note our youngest son wrote last year to my husband, who had just finished coaching him in another season of football. Melted my heart.
Who knew Greg could be working for the NFL? 😉
