Monday morning, I got into my car and noticed an odd smell.  It wasn’t horrible, just strange.  But after work, several hours later, I got back into my car and it was a little more pungent.  I thought…what could this be??  What is causing this smell?  Then it hit me.  Saturday after shopping, my husband was helping me carry groceries inside and asked if there was anything else.  I told him CLEARLY that there were two bottles of wine in the backseat.  He assured me he would grab them.  You guessed it…he didn’t.  I discovered this at about 10:30pm Saturday when I went to the fridge to grab a bottle of wine and there was none.  During the heat of the day, both corks had popped out and a bunch of wine ended up on my floorboard and car seat.

The upside?  I leave for work before he does.  Guess whose car I’m driving tomorrow??  🙂
