Instructions For Recording the Pledge of Allegiance

Here's a pledge script for your students. Pick one student from each classroom (based on reading and speaking ability) to read the pledge introduction. Then have the entire class recite the pledge.

Feel free to make copies of the script and tape as many classrooms as you like (grades one through five preferred) using as high a quality recording device that you can find. DAT (Digital Audio Tape) or MiniDisc is preferred, although a quality cassette recording is acceptable.

When completed, mail the tape along with your contact information and the completed scripts to:

Once your pledges are received and are scheduled for air, you'll be notified of the air dates.

HI. I'M __(student reader's name)__ FROM _(teacher's name)_    __(grade level)__ GRADE CLASS AT __(school name)__ IN __(location of school)__, AND HERE'S TODAY'S PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.
