1	Participate in Job Fair	On July 17, 2008, the SEU participated in the 2008 Employment Fair sponsored by the Indiana Black Expo. The SEU’s Market Manager and General Sales Manager attended the event, where they greeted attendees, answered questions about careers in broadcasting, discussed current vacancies, and accepted resumes.
2	Participate in Job Fair	On November 19, 2008, the SEU participated in the Indiana Broadcasters Association’s Job Fair for Radio and Television. The SEU’s General Sales Manager and Program Director attended the event, where they greeted attendees, answered questions about careers in broadcasting, discussed current vacancies, and accepted resumes.
3	Participate in Job Fair	On February 7, 2009, the SEU participated in the Indiana Broadcasters Association’s Job Fair for Radio and Television. The SEU’s General Sales Manager and Promotion Director attended the event, where they greeted attendees, answered questions about careers in broadcasting, discussed current vacancies, and accepted resumes.
4	Training for Management Level Personnel	On February 5, 2009, The SEU Market Manager and Business Manager participated in a telephone-based training session on the FCC’s EEO rules entitled: “The Nuts and Bolts of Compliance” provided by its FCC counsel.

1	Participate in Scholarship Program	The SEU participated in the Indiana Broadcasters Foundation’s annual scholarship program. In addition to making substantial donations of funds and air-time, SEU management reviewed 133 scholarship applications and made award recommendations to the Foundation.
2	Host Job Fair	April 18, 2007 - The SEU hosted a job fair at its studios. The SEU’s Market Manager, Market Controller, Marketing & Events Director, Sales Support Director, Director of Sales, General Sales Managers and Local Sales Managers provided attendees with information about careers in broadcasting and provided an interactive tour of the SEU’s facilities. Forty-seven individuals attended this job fair.
3	Participate in Job Fair	On July 19, 2007, the SEU participated in the Indiana Black Expo, an event sponsored by the Indiana Broadcasters Association. The SEU’s Market Controller and Accounting Manager attended the event, where they greeted attendees, answered questions about careers in broadcasting, discussed current vacancies, and accepted resumes.
4	Participation in event/program sponsored by educational institutions relating to careers in broadcasting.	On October 10, 2007, the SEU’s Sales Recruitment Director was a guest lecturer in two classes at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. In these classes, the Recruitment Director discussed aspects of radio promotion and marketing and career opportunities in the local broadcasting market. In addition, the Recruitment Director conducted mock interviews and provided students with feedback.
